The international break could not be any better for Arsenal with the news that three injured stars will be back after the break.
The Gunners went into the international break in the middle of a major injury crisis, with 10 players out injured heading into the busy Christmas period and a title challenge to maintain.
Prompting Wenger to say “I am delighted because we gain two weeks’ treatment for the 10 players who are not available at the moment, and I hope that after these two weeks we do not lose more, and get some back” and it seems his hopes will not be dashed, with Oxlade-Chamberlain, Aaron Ramsey and Hector Bellerin all set to come back after the break.
This will come as a huge boost to Arsenal because it would present the chance to rest Sanchez, Ozil and later Santi Cazorla, while also bringing back the solidity at right back that Debuchy hasn’t brought to the team.
Arsenal’s title race looks to still be safe.
