According to reports making the rounds, Arsenal’s former defensive midfielder Remi Garde is about to be unveiled as Aston Villa’s new coach.
The former Lyon boss Garde was unveiled as the Aston Villa’s new premier League club’s manager on Monday and he signed a three-and-a-half year deal with the club.
Garde was at White Hart lane to watch Villa’s clash with north London rivals Tottenham on Monday night.
The report suggests the former Arsenal star will take over from current caretaker manager Kevin MacDonald.
He is expected to take over the helms of affairs at the club without his preferred Gerald Baticle and preferred fitness coach Robert Duverne as they were unable to secure a release from their club.
