Italian champions Juventus, are said to have received an offer in the region of €40million (£28million) for the Chile International.
The midfielder’s representative, Fernando Felicevich, is reported to be discussing final details on the deal in Munich and Vidal seem keenly interested in the move.
Juventus were understood to be holding out for a €45million fee with Bayern offering an initial €30million. However, both teams seem to have reached an agreement of €40million with the German champions set to pay €37million up front, and €3million in add-ons.
Vidal, who was very instrumental as Chile won the Copa America for the first time this summer, is undoubtedly one of the in-demand box-to-box midfielders in Europe.
He also played a key role in Juve’s impressive run to the Champions League final in Berlin, which they lost to Barcelona, as well as helping the Turin Club win a super domestic treble.
Vidal has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League with Manchester United and Arsenal as front-runners for his signature; however, recent reports now claim the Gunners have backed out of the deal.
